We used to have community wide Karaoke at least once a month. I miss that. We need another stationary bicycle in the gym. The elliptical trainer is dangerous for most seniors. Sparrow used to help with the community garden. Now it doesn’t seem to. More live music would be very welcome. The community pool (even at 84 F) is much too cold for a lot of older ladies.. The pool might get more use, if it was kept a little warmer. A thermostat set at a higher temp would be nice.

We miss Jerry. He represented the community so well. He went out of his way for the residents. I cannot imagine why he was let go.

I’ve experienced pretty severe issues, even as I was moving in. Issues were addressed, however, it took persistence to resolve. The team was responsive and quick to try and address, just took multiple times to resolve.There should be a thorough review of the unit before you have someone move in. I heard lots of negative comments from other tenants about issues being addressed and lack of concern. I hope the issues are behind us now.

I love living here. I love the social life and that is the main reason I moved here. People are very friendly and so is the staff. The more you join in, the more people you meet and the more friends you have. And that is what I like. I haven't had any problems with my apartment. I do realize that I pay more living on the bottom floor but that is what I love about living here I can see and talk to everyone that passes by. Depending on the rent that I receive, it will make a difference if I can stay here or not, we will see. Overall, it's been a great year and thank you for everything You do for us.

I’ve enjoyed living here. I’ve met many new friends.I love the staff. They are always so helpful and caring. I must say I dont adapt to change very well at my age.All the activities here are great.At one of our town hall mtgs it was mentioned that mgmt was looking into getting bids for our windows to be washed. Haven’t heard any update on this matter. Windows are so dirty.

The service request was handled immediately and Jerry is so great. He is such a good worker. He knows what to do as a good personality works well with your wishes or questions that you may ask and he doesn’t wonderful job very professional and understands everything and how to fix it.

They explain to you what they did, and they know what they are doing. A plus

I'm a very happy resident, but since some of our neighbors moved to the new apartment building (The One) that opened across the street last year, it has naturally become something I'm considering as an option as well.

I have lived in a few different apartment complexes and Sage by far has the best, most responsive, polite and knowledgeable maintenance team ever!! Kudos!
