There are many things I like about living here but am disappointed in the following: windows never been washed in 3 years, cost cutting is evident in number and quality of Sage sponsored amenities, one fitness class eliminated, acoustics in bistro etc unbearably loud-residents keep asking for noise reduction panels, inadequate lighting for night pickleball, office closes early for prolonged, frequent holidays when doors are locked and deliveries unable to be accepted, office unable to be contacted directly via phone- via email or in person only, TV in Wellness center has no sound- reported for several weeks, of three remotes in billiard game room- one is missing, one is broken, and one is not working? Batteries- will be reported next week. I’ m happy that security cameras have finally been installed in bistro area as hopefully this will decrease the pilfering that has been going on over a year or more, our new housekeeper Michele- is the best- she is always working hard and even cleans areas I have not seen anyone ever clean before.I appreciate that management treats me with respect. I am a snowbird. In 2026-2027 I plan to live at the Sage from Oct 15th 2026 to May 15th 2027. During the summer I will live in Minnesota. I enjoy the pool and some of the social activities on the calendar.

I anticipated more activeResidents in a 55+ because I enjoy athletic activities. Turnover rates of some active participants is a little concerning but social activities ( cards, social functions and games. Remain solid overall .

The place is gorgeous, the amenities are great. The place was spotless & during the tour everyone was welcoming. I went in there crying and afraid but left with a smile & excited for my next chapter in life. Debbie who gave me a tour was amazing. She was compassionate, she really made sure I understood everything & very welcoming. Thank you Debbie.

Grab bars for the bathroom. And one onr night I came home from work and found ants that began BITING me. I called maintenance and was told it wasn't an emergency. I fought ants all night. The next day an exterminator came through, which made it better, but I still had a few biting ants remaining. Iinvested in some raid products because I definately felt on my own with those culprits. Please recognize that fire ants are an emergency. I have always made sure I rinse ant attracting empty cartons and packages before discarding them in the trash, but still got the ants. Maintenance should have an emergency spray or something for unsuspecting tenants with these ants. Their bites are painful! Just a suggestion

All of my adult life I have had a pet bird and did not realize I could not have one here. There are a lot of barking dogs around and a small bird would not be any more disruptive than that, but they will not allow it. I also do not like the cable / internet being included in rent because I stream everything so I'm paying for a service I'm not using

A special thank-you to Jerry, the maintenance supervisor, who went above and beyond to resolve a couple of issues in my unit. His professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness gave me real peace of mind.
