This was my 1st request, it was quick & easy & service was excellent!

This facility was so bright and welcoming. Very well kept and there is a homey feel. The staff was fun and not stuffy and welcomed any questions and gave excellent answers. I like that a hug was offered at the end of our tour,(I felt like I had known Maraya for her entire life), and my pup was treated well.What a special and beautiful afternoon.

I was very pleased with the professionalism displayed regarding how prompt my maintenance work order was written up, dispatched, and completed by Virginia and Maraya. I am also pleased with the job knowledge and professionalism displayed by Eric while completing the maintenance job assigned to him with outstanding results.

Your request process is excellent, the response time was immediate and the maintenance personnel are great to work with. I can’t think of anything that could possibly be better than the way the need for maintenance assistance is currently handled!👍

Felt like home immediately after the warm professional greeting from Maraya. I appreciated the time spent on the tour highlighting all features and her responsiveness to asked questions. Also enjoyed the news of upcoming events (Barleens) mentioned by Scott. Eager to enjoy this new living experience at Sage.

Loved the apartment and the way it was setup I liked that it wasn’t too small or too big! You have very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Very easy to talk with!

The knowledge, responsiveness, care and courtesy to which the water leak was handled was wonderful! I couldn’t have had a better response and result!

I would like to see more movie nights (Friday night), although I can’t complain because I work most days.There should be a better way to handle after hours deliveries?
