I love living here. I love the social life and that is the main reason I moved here. People are very friendly and so is the staff. The more you join in, the more people you meet and the more friends you have. And that is what I like. I haven't had any problems with my apartment. I do realize that I pay more living on the bottom floor but that is what I love about living here I can see and talk to everyone that passes by. Depending on the rent that I receive, it will make a difference if I can stay here or not, we will see. Overall, it's been a great year and thank you for everything You do for us.

I’ve enjoyed living here. I’ve met many new friends.I love the staff. They are always so helpful and caring. I must say I dont adapt to change very well at my age.All the activities here are great.At one of our town hall mtgs it was mentioned that mgmt was looking into getting bids for our windows to be washed. Haven’t heard any update on this matter. Windows are so dirty.

The service request was handled immediately and Jerry is so great. He is such a good worker. He knows what to do as a good personality works well with your wishes or questions that you may ask and he doesn’t wonderful job very professional and understands everything and how to fix it.

They explain to you what they did, and they know what they are doing. A plus

I'm a very happy resident, but since some of our neighbors moved to the new apartment building (The One) that opened across the street last year, it has naturally become something I'm considering as an option as well.

I have lived in a few different apartment complexes and Sage by far has the best, most responsive, polite and knowledgeable maintenance team ever!! Kudos!

First, the staff at Sage is amazing. They are all very helpful and kind. However,My rent is different than originally expected.The hallways smell like sewage.The pool is very cold for being "heated".My parking space is on the opposite side of the building from where I live and is the fourth spot I have been given.There is a dog that goes outside every morning at 4:00 a.m. barking and wakes me up.People play pickle ball outside my window at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings so I wake up at 4 with the barking dog, go back to sleep and am up again with the pickle ballers.The noise from highway 60 is awful. I was told it would not be bad because there is a building between me and the 60.99% of the activities are during the day when I work.There are no other residents my age living here.I asked if I could get out of my lease before my first rent was due but never heard back whether I could or not. I have now been here for 6 weeks and am not looking forward to the next 12 months.

We were not told about the water it absolutely awful.There should be better filter system within total complex .We would have not leased here if we were notified about the water. I have asthma and allergies, which does not agree with my heath.Larry and Alice Bogue2047 apt

I have no attached garage and the garage rent is ridiculous.
