Love it here but noise above is a major factor when flooring is all laminate..especially when residents use walkers and motor scooters ..manager is aware of the problem. Would suggest all apts. have carpet in all bedrooms and den. Would definitely help eliminate some of the noise. Very pleased with new manager Scott..in fact he is the reason we just renewed for 15 months. He is such an asset to this community. Thank You.

Info you might want to share with new members.1. When entering the side doors you may need to push at the door bottom with your foot in order for the wireless fob to work.2. When leaving via your vehicle, no need to use the fob to open the gates. Just approach the gate closely with your vehicle and it opens automatically.3. New renters should be advised that there is really no soundproofing in these apartments. They will likely hear noises from both sides, above and below them. It is not a constant issue but the noise level does exceed what you would experience at a mid level hotel.

Noise from the apartment above me is very loud sometimes. They must rearrange furniture daily. Speed on back of property needs to be posted. There's several cars going at least 30mph

Pet friendly should not be pet DOMINANT! You don’t enforce the existing rules with aggressive dogs and barking!

I have been part of the Sage Mesa community since it started in 2023. I really enjoy living here. I plan on renewing my lease in the next few weeks if the prices don’t increase. I would like a long term lease (12/15/18/24 months). I will wait to hear from you. Thank you 👍🌵😎.

Yes I have several things that I don't like about the property one is people parking in my space people blocking my space to park constantly ever since we moved in here number two the sewer smell in the shower which is constant for the last 14 months is ridiculous three the sewer smell downstairs when you walk down the hallways is ridiculous something needs to be done about this.

Previous staff at this community and upkeep has tainted my views I believe at this time I will be leaving at the end of my lease. The idea of a ACTIVE 55+ community has dwindled to a higher needs level community where emergency services are required more often than not.
