I hope with the new year coming up there will be some good improvements in the dog park l send lots of time with my dog there & hope at least there is lites there no lites now & lest watering to much

The thermostat is still not working probably. The temperature goes up to 83 degrees after a while and has to be adjusted back to a lower temperature.

I absolutely love the staff here. The front office is always friendly and eager to help. The new maintenance team will respond promptly and fix any problem to satisfaction.Personally I would not call this an active community. It does give the vibe of an assisted living facility. I know that this is nobody's fault since you cannot control who moves in. It just feels that it is almost false advertising. You could call it a comfortable retirement community.

Rent seems a bit high

If this is about spraying for Ants. I don’t know if they came. NO notice at the door or in my apartment or any sign that someone came.

Hard to get into the Sage Mesa site.

Sage 55+ is beautiful complex, updated apartments, people my age, amenities are great, heated swimming pool, game room, pool table, library, private patio, no more feeling isolated for me. I'm so excited to move in.

Completely satisfied.
