I am so happy with Jerry and Gage. They are on the ball with timeliness and quality of work. I could not ask for better!

My only complaint about living here is the water, everything else is great. The smell is awful and you don’t dare try and brush your teeth with it, I have to use bottle water. Having your hot water tank flushed does not help either. A friend here suggested to let all my faucets run for a bit at the same time and I’m going to try that next.

The repair was completed but the cause of the water damage remains unresolved

Building 6, on the south side needs help. The windows, screens and patios are dirty with no access to water to correct it. The water is smells bad. It seems the pet owners think that their dogs have more rights than me.

I’m disappointed my rent is $2,274.00 which is $275/month more than the same apartment right across from me that is available for rent.There are many available apartments at other communities with larger square feet and other services you provide offering cheaper rates (I.e. dog rates, covered parking). I would like to know your offer sooner than later to make my final decision.
