At renewal, we were not satisfied with our options. Wanted to consider a location change within the community as well. None of those requests were granted. Also, after giving our notice to non renew our lease, our apartment was but on the market for $600 less per month!! I do not understand why a current resident of eighteen months, would not be given priority over new resident!

I was a prisoner in my apt as agirlwas allowed to move in with a mother with dementia she left her mother with the doors barricaded so she could not get out she was found wandering in the hallways and outside….this had nothing to do with the almighty dollar these were human lives yet everyone said they could not get involved the girl frustrated with her life she was leading stomped on the floor day and noc and she yelled constantly she know nothing about dementia she was out on pickleball court and I could hear the mother playing with the garbage disposal the year from hello call it no increasing meds helped as i have been dx with PTSD after taking care of my husband with frontal temporal dementia he had the violent kind believe me that is al lesson in life I did not need before I earn my wings what a horrible disease and I belonged to several support groups and helped many but had to stop because the ptsd would rear its ugly headband I tried to forget what I went through I should write a book Virginia was the only one who would listen to me and did something I think she would hope u think about her becoming the new director before looking for someone else again!!!!!!any comments made by residents the answer was always well look into it and nothing was done the request for toilet seat covers now come on what r they too expensive I brought gloves and Lysol wipes so I could use the toilets off the lobby!!!!!!!!!

I signed for my new place yesterday! I am very exvited yo move in-on the 30th

all in all , my wife and I feel very safe and welcomed to the community. We also feel that way many good choice and Sage Mesa 👍🏾

I am happy to be living here at Sage Mesa. However, I am disappointed by several things.Apartment - cheap cabinets in bathrooms, poor construction - paint on flooring, baseboard not even measured to meet the wall, no light directly over the kitchen sink. The amenities are beautiful until I found that the pool is only 4 foot deep. Lastly, the activities for an active community are pretty slim. I intend to participate more now that I am fully moved in, but more changing activities to keep life interesting would be wonderful.

I am still giving it a few days before I can really say the ongoing problem has been fixed. I did see the finished project at time of completion this time. However the next day I could once again see the stains of water coming through.

We have lived here at Sage for almost 3 years and we love it and we are not going anywhere else if we can help it. This is our home in our family and we are quite happy here.
