The repair of my shower door was finally thoroughly addressed after two complaints. But, I also needed repair for my microwave. The 7. 8, and 9 minute buttons didn't work, and still don't. I was told something about a new 'panel'. I never heard anything after that and that was about two months ago. Also I complained about the timer flickering and was told most of the microwaves in the complex had that problem. Should they?

Verbal contractual agreements and rights upon lease are not being allowed/followed. Now choosing confrontation over issue.

This has been an ongoing issue that hasn’t been fixed right yet. On this call they now have bolted my ac utility door shut. It not only looks tacky but I will not know when the water will begin to leak again and I know that will be wet again. Poor workmanship and lack of skills makes me question when and if it will ever end. Also it’s always a problem to submit a work order because the office always questions work orders are they necessary? You tell me water on the walls and floor not going into drain. I’m just trying to maintain my apartment but with all this it makes it hard to keep it clean and livable.

I’m disappointed with the way management handles issues. They seem to be knee jerk responses and they become personal. Amenities are taken away unless they are too big to remove.

The thermostat is still not working probably. The temperature goes up to 83 degrees after a while and has to be adjusted back to a lower temperature.

I absolutely love the staff here. The front office is always friendly and eager to help. The new maintenance team will respond promptly and fix any problem to satisfaction.Personally I would not call this an active community. It does give the vibe of an assisted living facility. I know that this is nobody's fault since you cannot control who moves in. It just feels that it is almost false advertising. You could call it a comfortable retirement community.
