Hallways and stairwells could look better.Finishing work is sloppy.The dog area is just a place for dogs to bark.Too many dogs, especially large dogs. Often dog accidents in the halls and elevators.Too much of my rent is spent on food and social events.A rodent destroyed the hood insulation on my car. $800+ to replace. It is still happening.Not a secure property.Exterior doors are always a problem.

Overall, the concept is excellent, however, in reality it probably appeals more to the 65+ age group. Acoustics are very bad in the kitchen and in particular, adversely affecting those who wear hearing aids. Kitchen furniture needs to be upgraded and reconfigured. The crack in the kitchen floor is a safety hazard and needs to be fixed. Considering the number of activities held here by Sage and the residents, it should be incumbent upon Sparrow to invest more in reconfiguring this area. Overall, we feel very fortunate to have been one of the first couples to move in and to witness the growth and changes. We feel fortunate to be part of such a vibrant community with a great support staff. We weren't sure what to expect when we made the decision to come here, but it has exceeded our expectations.

One of the best decisions we have made. We live in the beautiful campus of the Sage. The grounds are meticulously cared for, the pooland surrounding grounds a marvelous, The residents are an active fun bunch. The staff genuinely care about everything here. This is a great experience.
