Appreciate Alex’s effort this morning. Adjustment on the Microwave circuit breaker hopefully fixes the issue we had last evening. He is always very professional as is Kelvin! We appreciate their continued expertise and support.

I like having a community that does things together where it’s like one big family. You make a lot of friends and enjoy time spent together.

The service technician was very efficient and even charged the refrigerator filter

I was very satisfied with the maintenance technician who came out. Do not know who it was as I was not home, and I was ok with that.

Alex did a superb job on the microwave. It is now operating just as expected.

Like it here but it’s its a little bit expensive for a retired military veteran living on ssa and small retirement but people here are great, a lot of veterans here.

Very attentive and explained the process.

I am still waiting on the list and prices of available units.
