It seems difficult to get a human being on the phone. Whenever I call the office phone number I get some service telling me to leave a message and they’ll get back in touch with me. It’d be nice if every time I called whatever phone number during regular hours, that I could actually get a person on the phone. It has happened in the past, but it tends to be rare.

Quick response to the request was appreciated.
