I do not appreciate getting into any of the elevators and finding big puddles of dog urineThe carpets in the hallways need to be cleaned. They smell and have stains. I pay for bug people once a month $20 I think I’ve used them one time when I lived on the third floor. I’m glad I don’t have a bug problem, but when my neighbors used the exterminator, he sprayed like he had gold in the can and he couldn’t waste it really is that what we’re paying for.Other than those two things, I’m very very happy here

Maintenance staff does excellent work answers any questions I have there is nothing I can say to improve because they get to the job and get it done. Thank you maintenance for your service.😊

Fast and easy

Issue quickly resolved, we were very impressed with the manager and maintenance crew.

First time using this service. So my expectations were just open. Overall it is a definite improvement.

Sage Plum Creek has definitely been a positive experience for me. The staff and residents have been great. The activities and amenities are much more than I expected. I have really enjoyed living here.

The request was fulfilled in a timely manner and was done per my request.
