Repairs of the elevator was completed in a timely manner. I'm sure it was performed by an outside vendor. The squeaking sound is gone and upper panel was securely fastened. Grest jod.

I love living at Sage, but I would like to see a couple of changes. I don't like the 4:00 socials. 5:00 was a much better time and I think most residents agree.The carpet in the halls smell really bad.I don't really know what can be done since it is a result of people letting dogs relieve themselves. I wish the carpet could be cleaned on some kind of regular schedule.

I am disabled and use a wheelchair. I am unable to do a lot of stuff by myself. Kelvis was very thorough.

I like that my request was dealt with so quickly.

I am wrestling with TOO MUCH HUMIDITY in my apartment. Even though I signed my lease on July 11, I have not been here often due to traveling. I am now ready to fully move in, but find the apartment very damp. Some quick looks by maintenance staff has not found any corrective actions. I have purchased a dehumidifier. It is pulling mover 70 pints of water out of the air in a 24 hour period, even on "dry" outside air days. This doesn't seem right!

Social activities that are planned on weekdays at 4:00 exclude those of us who are still working.Pool maintenance needs improvement. Only vacuumed once a week and skimmer baskets have no suction to pull in floating debris.Demographics were misrepresented when I initially visited. I was told there were a lot of people here in my age group and activity level. In reality, the majority of the people are in their 70's, 80's and 90's.
