Overall, I enjoy living at Sage. Rent has gone down in the Austin area and beyond. I feel like the rent and fees are high here and hope it can go down or not increase.

Better communication within the office. I submitted paperwork for a parking slot upon moving in (12/29/25) and have had to resubmit. Today I resubmitted and now I'm being told something different again, getting VERY frustrated. My question to you is how many times am I going to have to resubmit?

Fixed the water for my fridge but didn't change the filter as requested. It was sitting on the counter in plain sight. Talked to him about it when he was at my apartment for the semi annual maintenance visit.

I have really enjoyed living here. The staff is excellent. It is close to many stores for shopping and also close to all my doctors. I really feel secure here.
