Kelvin’s is great dealing with any maintenance issue I have. He’s an asset to Sage.

I love the community feeling here. The Wednesday events begin at 4:00, which seems quite early to eat and drink. I wish they were at 5:00 again but that is just my preference. I'm sure there was a reason to move them to 4:00. I do feel safe here.

We like the variety of activities and all the amenities that Kyle has to offer. Our doctors are in walking distance and the hospital is a mile away. There are plenty of fast food places nearby and HEB is just down the way and Costco is a mile away.

Maintenance staff always responsive and timely. Professional.

Appreciate Alex’s effort this morning. Adjustment on the Microwave circuit breaker hopefully fixes the issue we had last evening. He is always very professional as is Kelvin! We appreciate their continued expertise and support.

The bathroom needs drawers! The HVAC system needs to stop making noises.

The demographics skew considerably older than I was led to believe when I was considering moving here. However, everybody has been very friendly, the amenities are great and the staff has been very helpful. Most of the social activities tend to start and end too early for those of us that still have jobs though.
