I’ve been asking for shade over the pergolas by the pool for 4 years and it looks like they are finally trying to cover them. The original Sage brochure I received showed covered pergolas next to the pool. Very disappointing.

Alex literally is the GOAT(greatest of all time)! He replaced the part that was bad in the A/C unit downstairs outside in this horribly hot weather! We love ALEX! Ww love the entire maintenance staff , we’ll ALL the staff lol but we’re so thankfulFor Maggie getting Alex here so fast to fix our A/C so quickly! Tim my husband has stage 4 cancer & we have 2 very senior dogs so it was really critical to get it fixed fast! Which they did! We’re so appreciative!!! Thank you Alex!!! Thank you Maggie!!! I have never been a member of a community before. Sage at Plum Creek is an incredible community. The staff, the amenities, and the activities are everything I could’ve hoped for. If you can’t find fun activities to do here you won’t be able to find them anywhere.

I have lived at Sage almost four years. For the most part, l have enjoyed the on-going activities that lately have excelled to a new level of creativity thanks to our fantastic resident volunteer group.Behind our great community is our outstanding staff that support us and endeavors to keep our buildings secured,clean and well-maintained.In general, my stay has been very rewardiingwith each passing day.

We are very impressed with the management and maintenance crew here.

I always feel desires are listened to with concern.
