We are retired senior citizens living on a fixed income and we think the rental increase was just too much at one time!

Better plan of events too many schedule at the same time and nothing planned fir the weekends

It seems difficult to get a human being on the phone. Whenever I call the office phone number I get some service telling me to leave a message and they’ll get back in touch with me. It’d be nice if every time I called whatever phone number during regular hours, that I could actually get a person on the phone. It has happened in the past, but it tends to be rare.
