I moved to Sage from another 55 plus facility in Austin. I was concerned when several residents moved in here that really were not able to be independent, which was my primary reason for moving out of the other facility. I think management has taken steps to resolve this issue. I am very happy living at Sage and my only concern is the rent becoming too high for me to afford.

Difficult to get to to request maintance area on the internet

Since moving to Sage Plum Creek 2 years ago we have enjoyed the community activities and amenities. Staff is professional and friendly, providing service when needed.

Life at SPC has exceeded any and all expectations.

I like having a community that does things together where it’s like one big family. You make a lot of friends and enjoy time spent together.

The maintenance crew is fantastic! They provide prompt, professional response to requests, are always pleasant & helpful, they never fail to answer questions or provide advise on usage of appliances.

This request has not been completed because I was in the shower when the young man came by and he chose not to enter my apartment. The smoke alarm still goes off even when the vent is on at the oven. I generally go over and turn on the ceiling fan to get it to stop.

The two maintenance repairs required time and patience. Both were done well and in a timely manner.

The service technician was very efficient and even charged the refrigerator filter

All staff are friendly and kind and ready to answer any questions.
