Satisfied request completed quickky

The hook on the bathroom wall is broken, and he forgot to fix it. Also, my shower door is not opening and closing properly and he could not fix it. I didn't understand the reason.

As is expected at the Sage, requests for service are always answered promptly, most professional, a learning experience about the problem and a caring attitude. Thank you Sage.

Our requests have ALWAYS been completed in a very timely manner, by pleasant personnel, who do it right the first time!

I enjoy living here and feel so safe. It is a very friendly community and lots to do. Staff works hard keeping everything together for us.

Would love to see a hot tub here.

The maintenance staff here at Sage Plum Creek are exceptional. Fast, courteous and knowledgeable.

The friendliness of the staff and the variety of activities is important to me. I love the floor plan of my apartment: it is more like a home than most of the other floor plans. However, at some point in the future when appliances are replaced it would be nice to have something other than a side-by-side refrigerator.Staff is accommodating and very helpful. I have never been told to check back later, or they were too busy to help me at that moment, and I appreciate that.Having been here almost 3 years, I find that this really is a place to call home.

Kelvis is great. He’s always very efficient and courteous. He’s very work oriented and provides information on what he’s doing.
