I moved into SPC on May 7, 2022, the first day we were allowed to move in. The staff you had at the time included Zachary but also included Jessica and Anissa. Those two ladies were incredibly unqualified and untrained. This was obvious. Zachary has always been professional and supportive as well as Sierra, Maggie, Kelvis, Alex, Raquel. Some tenants are very rude; I suspect they have not had an apartment before.Too many industries hire high school graduates, continue to employ them for a few years, then promote them to management without any specific training. I want to encourage you to use the many online learning platforms, such as Udemy, to actually help your employees develop the most professional skills that will help improve SL into the future. Many courses, such as How to Manage and Bookkeeping, are $14 - $100 each! As we all know, dealing with consumers is unpredictable. Thank you.

I barely hit the submit button, and Kelvis was at my door to do the maintenance!!! All was well within 10 minutes of his arrival ( “ old people error w/ AC”). Have NEVER waited long, nor been disappointed with service. Again, why we LOVE living here!!!!
