Everything was good.

A usual at the Sage, extremely timely, considerate, efficient and superb professional maintenance staff. They always go over and above whatever their job is when we have put in a request.Thank you very much.

I am learning to navigate the premises although I am probably not as agile as most of the residents. I feel welcomed and the staff has been very helpful. I am amazed at the activities and events that are available throughout the month. A great place for me.

Staff are great!! However, little things that don’t get fixed were annoying, such as the printer and computers in the business office not working.

I’d love to see longer lease options; at my age I don’t plan on moving again. More security at entry doors (doors that don’t lock and available for fob use) and residents with dogs that are aggressive/don’t get along with other dogs and others are unable to use dog park. 😕Otherwise, I LOVE Sage living & have made lifelong friends.

I believe that how is 55+ no kids, pets allowed for active seniors is really what it should be. However, I’ve been here a year now and there are quite a few seniors here that need assisted living. A few have died and not been discovered for two days. I believe that those persons are not able to enjoy the amenities. Sage has to offer because they are not independent. I have a new neighbor and she’s been here a while, but I saw her for the first time. And she’s a sweet, very small woman that can barely walk with a walker. There is a fire exit to her immediate left and as her caregiver is here from 8 to 5 it worries me if we had to exit the building as it has happened three times since I’ve been here due to people not putting the smoke out their patio door as opposed to open a hallway door and setting alarms off, and we all head out the building and you know first timers I get it, however, I don’t know if it was a run and leave situation that happens in the middle of the night I don’t believe that lady could make it out of her apartment. And she is only one there are others in the building. Having said that, I love it here. I have told my friends about this complex back in Colorado. My family knows how happy I am here. I have lots of new friends. I do things I would’ve never done home in Colorado because of being by myself and I am a very active person and enjoy the trips and amenities that is off here so all of my observations are nothing but excellence and five stars the fact that you can choose to do what you want or take the week off and don’t participate in anything but I do not drive and I have all my doctors within one block of this building. I walk to that go to them because I can like I said I’m very active. My bank is Across The Street and I have everything I need in this one place and as I have told the great managers here when I leave there will only be two reasons if it happens. Number one is something happens and I die number two is well my money resources run out. I will move back to Colorado and live with my daughter. However, I plan pretty well and hopefully neither of those ever happens and I plan on living to be 102 and I am starting a book regarding my native history and family come the first of the year so you see I have planned many things ahead of time. I know I’m going to be around for a long time and this is where I want to be. I’m so glad my granddaughter lives in new Braunfels and she’s the one who convinced me to come to Texas. I love the heat being out in it during the appropriate times as a color. We don’t have these constant warm temperaturesbut like I said I love the heat. She scouted many places and when she walked in the front door of Sage, she took pictures and said grandma you’re gonna love this place and I do.The only current concern that I have for here is for those who really need assisted living a button in their room to push if they fall because of their frailty, or they can’t move and have to yell until somebody hears them.As I stated before, I have encourage some of my good friends from Colorado to check out your website and my sister and her husband we’re going to move here until she passed away unexpectedly because she passed during an open heart surgery. Otherwise they were pure Floridians, but we’re tired of keeping up the pool and the maintenance for the house and yards.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The staff are fabulous! I just decided I wanted to travel for the next year, and did not want to pay for an empty apartment. If I decide to come back to Kyle, I will check out the availability at Sage Plum Creek.
