Kelvis always proceses my maintenance requests in a thorough, professional and courteous manner. I’m always pleased with the work he does. Actually, I prefer him to perform all maintenance for me.

As usual, Kelvis did a job. He doesn’t put a Band-Aid on things he does it right. I appreciate everything he does.!!! we are so lucky to have him.

It a for a pest control problem. The pest control person got to our apartment quickly. Only thing that person told us is not to use Raid because it evaporates. If we want to self exterminate or his company to exterminate. We had been told if we use any kind of ant spray other than, his company he cannot spray our apartment. I guess we have to wait until his next time back (every 3 months) to have ants and spiders to be taken care of. Or do it ourselves when the ants and spiders are coming into our apartment. Granted he only sprayed a small area in the bathroom, but not at entrance or balcony doors. So maybe tr apartment company can send us how the pest control company really works. By the way pest control person was very courteous.

The maintenance Man was personable and able to assess the issue and solve the problem. I was very pleased with the process.

Hey there! If I have any serious complaints or concerns, I try address those individuals directly. Also, I try not to complain because I am not the only renter here. There are too many neighbors of mine who work hard to find things to complain about. I hope you can take Taylor Swift's advise. "Shake It Off". Several neighbors here have never had an apartment or it's been too long. They think it's a hotel or assisted living. So, I would say that living here is as close to 100% perfect as possible.

Kelvis knows what he is doing…does it professionally…quietly! Thanks for another job well done. We love living at Sage Plum Creek.
