Security is important. All entrances should be secure,. Unfortunately, the exterior doors used to loudly slam on windy days. The "fix" to the closing mechanism keeps them from closing much of the time. Dense rubber on the faces to reduce noise while still closing strongly would be better.We live here part time and rarely use trash pickup or are able to attend activities or use most if the amenities. We pay full rent but put less than half wear and tear on apartment and facility. Hopefully, the lease renewal cost will recognize this.
