The friendliness of the staff and the variety of activities is important to me. I love the floor plan of my apartment: it is more like a home than most of the other floor plans. However, at some point in the future when appliances are replaced it would be nice to have something other than a side-by-side refrigerator.Staff is accommodating and very helpful. I have never been told to check back later, or they were too busy to help me at that moment, and I appreciate that.Having been here almost 3 years, I find that this really is a place to call home.

I fell in love with the apartment upon seeing them online and after I saw them in person I knew this was the one. Zachary Brooks was very helpful and accommodating. He explained details of the complex as we were touring the clubhouse area and model.

I moved into SPC on May 7, 2022, the first day we were allowed to move in. The staff you had at the time included Zachary but also included Jessica and Anissa. Those two ladies were incredibly unqualified and untrained. This was obvious. Zachary has always been professional and supportive as well as Sierra, Maggie, Kelvis, Alex, Raquel. Some tenants are very rude; I suspect they have not had an apartment before.Too many industries hire high school graduates, continue to employ them for a few years, then promote them to management without any specific training. I want to encourage you to use the many online learning platforms, such as Udemy, to actually help your employees develop the most professional skills that will help improve SL into the future. Many courses, such as How to Manage and Bookkeeping, are $14 - $100 each! As we all know, dealing with consumers is unpredictable. Thank you.
