The resident portal makes placing work orders was very easy. I placed two work orders as medium and low priority and the maintenance crew arrived within 10 to 15 minutes of me placing the work orders, and fixed both of my issues within the hour. They were friendly and professional, and I even noticed that they were careful to close the door to keep my cat safe. That meant a lot to me.

I made the call, told Charmaine my situation and an hour later the maintenance crew arrived. Didn't have to wait long at all.👍🏼

The area is close to grocery stores, not to familiar with medical areas but I'm sure there is a 24hour clinic near by, also maintenance is really good.
