Regarding my vanity light flickering the maintenance man took out one bulb (expensive bulb & took it, saying I only needed 2 vs 3) and maybe the bulb was about to burn out. About a week later a different bulb burned out. I was stunned he took my expensive bulb.

The resident portal makes placing work orders was very easy. I placed two work orders as medium and low priority and the maintenance crew arrived within 10 to 15 minutes of me placing the work orders, and fixed both of my issues within the hour. They were friendly and professional, and I even noticed that they were careful to close the door to keep my cat safe. That meant a lot to me.

I made the call, told Charmaine my situation and an hour later the maintenance crew arrived. Didn't have to wait long at all.👍🏼
