On two different days in the last 2 weeks I had the occasion to go to Salisbury Storage Warehouse to make arrangements to have one of my 2 storage units cleaned out but we were expecting snow and the relative that was coming to do it was coming from Ohio. I explained my problem. The young lady at the desk was so understanding and helpful and I had to go the next time and the man there was also so helpful. Great customer service guys!!!
