It was all easy. Rented the storage unit to help with a move from another state. The office staff was superbly helpful in getting the unit as well as closing it out when I was finished with it.

Management team wonderful excellent customer service

Very easy and smooth process. Communication was excellent via phone and email. They addressed all my inquires in a timely manner and were very very nice. The storage space was just what I needed and the price was beyond reasonable. My daughter is in school close by and I will definitely be coming back in May when she has to move out again.

Representatives on phone and in person were very professional, helpful and responsive. They took the time to explain their rental process. I did a short term rental for my daughter to store her items during the summer so she wouldn't have to do a long distance drive with everything.
