Dr. Nagda really took the time to diagnose and come up a game plan for my very complicated treatment. His PA and nurse, Marco and Kelly, have been very good at responding to my questions through the patient portal. Overall, I am very pleased and grateful to have this team working with me on my treatment journey! Thank you doc and team!!

This is second shoulder replacement done by Dr. Nagda and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Service and care both times have been excellent. I almost regret I don't have more than two shoulders to replace.

They confirmed my appointment for 1:30, when I got there they said it was for 3:15, we showed them the chain of emails and they said they would get me back soon, after about 45 minutes we waited another 45 minutes for the doctor to show up. The doctor was incredibly condescending when speaking to me and disgusting feeling when he touched me to do any sort of examination.

The Dr. was very patient, understanding, and empathetic.. beside manner was super welcoming and he appeared to care and want to help
