Staff was very friendly and nice and informative. I did have to wait an hour before going back so a shorter arrival time would have been better but not a big deal. Once I got back to the prep area it was super fast moving!

I was concerned about the progression/deterioration of my issues and wanted to discuss in specifics what options and how each option would impact my quality of life and functional abilities. When would be the most appropriate time to treat? Or just continue to deteriorate and how would that impact the recovery in the long term? I left the office knowing no more than when I arrived.
