Very professional, good explanation and agreed next step

Had an X-ray but do not know why. Did not get the results of the X-ray. I need a MRI or cat scan. X-ray does not tell you anything. I forgot to ask him what did the X-ray say. I do not think Dr. Nagda realize I had an X-ray.
