I truly trust Anderson fully.

Lexi did a great job getting me what I needed before my surgery and took time to answer all my questions. It would’ve been nice to be able to see Dr. Nagda during the pre-op appointment as well but I was already told beforehand the PA would be conducting the pre-op appointment.

Always a pleasure seeing Dr. Nagda. He’s a first-rate surgeon and a wonderful person to talk to. He always answers all my questions and he has given me my life back with my shoulder replacement. I tell everybody to go see him. They won’t be sorry.

The tablets for checking are not very good!Dr nagda was very knowledgeable , helpful and caring

While Dr. Nagda was very kind, his PA was rude. She entered the room with an attitude and started twisting and turning my knee without warning, causing pain. When I asked her if she could give me a heads up before moving my knee in various ways so I could brace for the pain, she became sarcastic, abrasive, and rude. At that point I asked her to stop and said I would wait for the doctor.

Entire team put me at ease about impending treatment for a very serious injury

No pressure, just gave me options how to proceed. I liked that!

Excellent and thorough exam. Dr. Nagda excellent in explaining and with alternative procedure if necessary for rotator cuff problem.

I think very highly of Dr. Nagda. Based on the evidence of the many other people he has treated, along with the fact that he came highly recommended by my physical therapist, I believe he is a great doctor. When I find a good doctor, dentist, or specialist, I usually prefer to stay with them because they become familiar with my history.However, if continuing care at Anderson Clinic means I have to keep dealing with Alexis Gray, I would rather leave Dr. Nagda’s care.I sincerely hope this is just a personality conflict and that she only rubs me the wrong way, but I have had the same type of interaction with her every time, despite my polite demeanor. When I heard I would be seeing Alexis instead of Dr. Nagda, I immediately whispered to my girlfriend that she was not my favorite. Unfortunately, my girlfriend got a chance to see why.When the conversation started, I even tried to make a light joke as an olive branch. Since I had not seen Alexis in a while, I had hoped things might be different. I also re-read our previous messages. She had asked me to keep her posted, which I did, and then she never responded to any more of my messages.This is not the first time I have felt dismissed by her. I have tried to be patient and accommodating, but when I get to the point where I feel like I am over-accommodating someone else’s dismissive demeanor, that tells me it is time to find another doctor or another office.Again, I think highly of Dr. Nagda, and I came to him because he was highly recommended. But I do not want to continue receiving care in an environment where I feel dismissed or uncomfortable.
