The reason I rated the appointment scheduling not excellent was that I had called a month earlier and had not received a call back and had to pursue myself the nurse response after I had left a message . I called back after three weeks of not hearing anything the matter was swiftly resolved, but there was lag time between when the nurse called me back and my inquiry about what to do when the Cortizone shot did not solve the problem other than that, everything was great and the receptionist got me in for reevaluation after I called to find out what I was to do next, which was to see the doctor again. Thank you very much.
