I felt heard - doc did a great job of explaining the procedure I need and offered another visit before surgery so I know exactly what to expect and provided me a business card so I know how to take next steps. Great experience!

Dr. Nagda is superb and is the reason why we come back - also considering we are friends and I can reach out to him directly when I’m having trouble getting a hold of someone. But the administrative side of things and scheduling was very frustrating. I.e. – wrong shoulder listed on my surgery paperwork, all emails and texts addressed to my husband and really hard to reach someone regarding scheduling. I don’t want this to reflect on Dr. Nagda or any of the other surgeons in anyway because they are the best in the business but I hope with this feedback that the administrative side gets figured out.

Dr Nagda took time to explain to me problem with my shoulder and the solutions to choose from.

Dr. Nagda and his assistant took time to listen to my concerns and explained what procedure would work best for my situation, so I wouldn’t be back in his office again in a year or so with additional problems. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the problems people have with a damaged rotator cuff after 2 decades of having rotator cuff surgery.
