Always good service, excellent Doctors

I did not like the level of care provided by the PA. Dr. Nagda had a wonderful bedside manner very helpful. The PA was beyond rude & condescending. I needed support on pain. I explained my travel plans. It was not heard. I received follow up calls while on plane. I called in & didn't connect. I reside 50/50 in FL. As I couldn't get ahold of PA, I worked with my primary care in FL. I was meet with hostility on going outside practice. I have told I cannot pick up a narcotics from provider out the state. If the PA, reviewed my chart the prescribed was my PCP. I was treated as I was pill shopping. I do not have the patience nor time to be disrespected. I will never return to the practice. Dr Naghda awesome. PA - Lexi disgusting & plain out disrespectful. At 52, I am not tolerant of thst behavior period.

I’ve had surgery with 2 of your doctors, Dr Albrigo did both of my knees and Dr Nagda did my left shoulder and will do my right in the future. Both of these men are excellent doctors. I realize Dr Albrigo is retired now, and I’ll miss him when I have my knees checked the next time. He was very good at educating me on the conditions and the expectations for post surgery.Dr Nagda also has that same, warm, friendly bedside manner. He answers all your questions, thoroughly, he doesn’t rush you. He even provided recommendation for a cardiologist when I told him the one I had been seeing was aloof and contradictory. Mt left shoulder, done 10 October, 2024 is perfect now. The right one will be by the end of the summer. I have recommended Anderson Clinic to everyone I know who needs an orthopedic Dr. I always will. You have a great staff.
