It may be my process but last time I tried to canx an appt (using the prompts to find the doctor) the phone was not answered I tried a follow up with an answering machine and didn’t get a call back. Similarly when i tired to make my appt I had to select the number to the front desk. All that said you can see my rating is high. It’s just the appt system.

I answered as my husband would have, he was very impressed with Dr Nagda He was frustrated by the paperwork since he had just had surgery with y’all 12 months ago. Perhaps the nice gals at the front desk could have known that and it would not have frustrated him. Thanks for asking!

The visit was quick and seemed rushed.

I had to fill out a bunch of forms when I got to the office. 99% of the information requested, you already had from when I filled out the forms last year. I assume that someone in your office had to input that data into your system. That whole process seems terribly inefficient to me.

Dr. Nagda was patient, thorough and caring. He told me he was personally going to call another doctor for my son and he did! That meant a lot.

Everyone was wonderful.

Dr. Nagda took the time to evaluate and come to a solid conclusion about my shoulder. Very down to earth person.

Dr Sameer Nagda is a caring, friendly, totally professional surgeon. He clearly explained my surgical procedure in an understandable way. I felt extremely confident when I went into surgery and my results were exactly as he explained.
