Nice people and really good

For an oral surgery it was a very pleasant experience :)

We had an outstanding experience at this dental surgery office. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly reassuring. The surgeon and clinical team took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really helped ease our nerves. The office is spotless, modern, and you can tell they truly prioritize patient comfort and care.My daughters procedure went smoothly, and the follow-up support was exceptional, they checked in, answered all our questions, and made sure she was healing well. Dr. had to attend to four emergency situations, which delayed my appointment nearly an hour. That's not an issue for me; I'd be upset if he hadn't triaged urgency of patient needs. Nonetheless, the delay is why I subtracted two points from prompt two. Everything else was superb. Thanks!

My only complaint is that every time I come, I end up waiting at least 30 minutes in the waiting room…pretty annoying to have to wait that long when you have an appointment…
