Make it more clear that check-in won’t be on the assigned time slot, so the patient can adjust their morning routine properly

Be more mindful of people coming in. I understand things may sometimes be overwhelming or challenging for some folks, but I was one of the first ones in line and I noticed the person checking us in would place new incoming clients on top of our files. When staff started letting people in they would start from the top so I stayed there waiting watching new people go in before me when I timed it perfectly to be quick as it is first come first serve… supposedly.

I am blown away by the care of each and every staff member. This has been a beacon during a very difficult time financially for our family, and we felt treated with dignity and respect by every person at the clinic.
