Impossible to make an appointment over the phone; Call 3 times in 3 days, left messages for a call back, never received one. I had to travel to the clinic to make an appointment in person.

It was hard to get a hold of anybody to schedule an appointment. I called and emailed many times and there was no response. Well, finally someone got back to me ! Took a very long time. It could certainly be more streamlined and user-friendly for your customers.

Everything was done efficiently, with care, love, and thoroughness. While I’m not a vet, the suturing on his stomach seemed a bit careless in how it’s pinched together and bulges out. That would be the only constructive feedback as overall it was a excellent experience.

I remember in 1992 when I first met you . It was on fillmore and Washington in 1992 when you used to be called pets unlimited I worked on the second floor and played or visited the cats I'll never forget that🫵🤗
