It is awesome that Scarlett, Melanie, etc. still practice and are present in operations...Others probably don't notice it, but I did. It is like going to a restaurant and the cook and servers actually eat the food on their breaks! LOL Hahahahaha

I was impressed how organized and friendly the staff was and the care they gave my dog I felt that she was in the best care possible o can't thank the SPCA for there professional service thank you all at the SPCA great job!

I might have liked the option to sign up for a follow-up appointment during the check-in/check-out process. We followed all of the aftercare instructions very closely and our dog is perfectly fine after the one-week recuperation period, but as nervous first-time dog owners we would have potentially paid for a scheduled follow-up appointment.

It would be great if there was a trained person available by phone on weekends after the spay surgery who could answer questions about the healing process.
