The staffwas very kind and he efficient and made me feel very safe and comfortable, leaving my small dog. My baby thank you so much.

The entire experience was absolutely great with only one exception. The first person who called me once I made my online inquiry was extremely rude. He repeatedly admonished me for mistakenly responding to a text that seemed to prompt me to make an appointment online. I was online inquiring about several places to have my dog neutered, and even though I indicated that I made a mistake by trying to schedule a time myself, this gentleman continually spoke over me, continually berated me, and would not stop driving home his same point again and again. It was incredibly unfortunate for this person to be the first personal contact made in the process of finding a clinic for my dog. When I arrived to the clinic, this person was not present (he had a very distinct voice) and thankfully, every other person encountered was an absolute gem. The intake process with the staff was wonderful, the present reception desk staff was incredible kind and helpful. The vet was excellent and so was her support staff. Everything was so positive. It was only the first person who spoke with me on the phone who was the unpleasant and rude anomaly.

I neglected to pay after dropping off Goose. When I returned for the pickup the staff were very understanding. Am extremely satisfied with staff, service, and care.

SPCA medical staff such as Veterinarian Doctor and Nurses were beyond professional, and exceeded in their responsibilities. I appreciate their patience, gentleness, careness and their dedication to treating pets. My pets experience for their neuter and spayed appointment was lovely- appreciate everyone there.
