My cat had complications, breathing difficulties. and staff does not work during the weekends. My cat got neutered on a friday. So I had to go to an emergency room which was super expensive to give my cat the proper medical care that he needed. Follow up to cats its important, i understand most cases are smooth and do not requiere anything else, but to those cats that do seems like you guys dont care about the follow up. Also pain meds should be given or at least have the option to ask for them.

Staff was amazing.

Kaya did leave smelling like cat food because they left the food in the crate with her. I think it would’ve been better to keep her eating and living situations separate. I appreciate all the help otherwise.

I tried to call many times, but I always went to voicemail. I left about 3 or 4 voice messages, and I never received a call back. So I went in person to book an appointment. When I said this to the receptionist, she did 🙄😏. It is a frenetic clinic, but I didn’t like the way she responded. It also looks like you don’t have anyone replying to the calls, and it could be the only improvement I recommend. You are fantastic!

The whole process was great! Staff was warm and they all were very nice if you came in a little nervous for your fur baby that went away fast. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thanks to them all!
