Everyone we interacted with was great, no complaints. I was impressed with the smallness of the scar from the spay surgery and even how well it has looked with healing despite my kitten deciding she wanted to run and jump after escaping the cone.

I know you are incredibly busy but I emailed and left messages for over a month before being able to get someone to respond. I was worried this cat would have kittens and then we'd have to deal with that.

Not every pet comes in with flees! Some people are OCD...

The Staff as a whole were Very Professional, reviewed all necessary paperwork, asked questions at the end , asked myself if I Personally understood all paperwork. A must say,"Excellent Community Service".

I phoned and left a voicemail requesting spade for Rosy. It took a week before I got a call back. I was happy I got a call back but surprised it took so long. I was even more happy I was able to schedule the spade so quickly on a Saturday. The care and instructions were excellent. Thank for taking care of Rosy dog.

As a environmentalist I would prefer not to go home with 4 plastic cones that don't work and my cats will take off their neck in no time, and I had to toss them in recycling the next day as they are impossible to use. I would suggest you save money and plastic. Just a thought. I appreciate all the care and attentions so much.
