I thought it was also super nice of them to give me a cat carrier! She loves it and uses it as her “home.” Thank you again for everything. It’s all very streamlined & easy.

The only issue was we were asked to sit after we arrived and would be checked in, but no one came back to do the check in. I had to ask to get that process started. Not a big deal, people forget.

I appreciated that the clinic let my anxious gal Phoebe come home a bit earlier. Her recovery was so smooth and the incision was tiny too!

This is our second dog coming into the SPCA for neutering service. The staff, nurses, and doctors are always wonderful and so caring of our pets. Check in was very easy and the doctor and nurse were so reassuring. Instructions for aftercare and medication were very thorough. Thank you for taking care of Dim Sum!
