The sf aspca were really good to me and my cat. When I adopted him, I was told he was neutered, which it was incorrect. I've been experiencing job issues and could not afford to get him neutered. The ASPCA agreed to help me out for no cost. This is something I am eternally grateful for.

Having more information about the discounted rates on your website would be helpful; I called since it wasnt there and got all of the info I needed and booked the appointment during the cal. I understand there might be a reason for not putting this information on the website.

The SFSPCA staff completed what I believe to be a very complex neuter procedure which had been attempted by another vet previously (prior to my adopting my cat). My cat needed crypto neuter surgery and his testicles were apparently so difficult to locate that the prior vet had not been able to complete the procedure. Given this, I was extremely pleased with the success the SFSPCA staff had in neutering my cat. It's clear the vets are very specialized and know what they're doing. I also wanted to note that the post-operative instructions were very helpful and comprehensive, which I greatly appreciated. Lastly, my cat's wound has healed very quickly and cleanly, further solidifying my opinion that the vets at SFSPCA are very good at their jobs.
