The service advisor took time to explain all the options and cost optimizations, was not pushy (unlike the previous management in the same location), will be coming back. Only negative experience was that I couldn't reach the service department over phone in advance to get a quote for the service, the phone calls always land in voicemail. If I choose "sales" department, it always reaches a sales person to talk to, but not the service.

Tried calling multiple times but no answer. I eventually booked online but there was no way to select the correct reason for my appointment (safety recall)
