Alex my service advisor did a great job. He is very personable and knowledgeable about his job!I had a straightforward buying experience and a very good/pleasant service experience as well. Alex my service representative made the service very clear and efficient.

The service advisor took time to explain all the options and cost optimizations, was not pushy (unlike the previous management in the same location), will be coming back. Only negative experience was that I couldn't reach the service department over phone in advance to get a quote for the service, the phone calls always land in voicemail. If I choose "sales" department, it always reaches a sales person to talk to, but not the service.

I have 3 Mitsubishi cars and am happy to bring them into San Jose Mitsubishi for service.I got excellent service from Alex, the service manager.
