NaMy appointment was at 11 AM. I got there at 10:30 AM. I waited one hour before someone took my car in and I didn’t leave there until after 1 PM for an oil change.!I did not get an option to do this online. I had to call and nobody calls you back even when you leave a message so you have to continually call to make an appointment.I was 1/2 hour early for my appointment and I waited almost 1 hour before somebody came to get my car

It's still there...It's still there...Its still there. No communication from about the current status. Text notifications don't reflect the reality.No one answers the phone. Have to schedule online and cross your fingers.

Please open up on Sat so we don't have to take the day off .Need more service staff .Work was delayed due to shortage of staff.Add 3-4 more service techs to work on cars.New guy , Alex , was very helpful and courteous. He printed work summary and explained other issues wich could be taken care of later. Also ordered part for a defect under warranty.Was told to wait inside . Took about 20 mins for the service rep to show up .I was told there were 5 cars ahead of me and only 1 tech guy for the jobs .

The additional recommended service was already in the checklistMulti point inspection was already on the initial list, but they added it during process which is sound confusingI like my service advisor last time. He thoroughly explained everything and gave me the best optionsDidn’t the service that was did at all
