only technician. Took me 6 hours for oil change even I have scheduled appointment.waiting is too long. from beginning to end.

I was surprised that I couldn't sit in the break room. I had to eat my breakfast and I didn't want to mess up the waiting area with egg shells and orange peels, so I went into the breakroom. An employee came in and told me to get out. I didn't see a sign that said employees only. Also, the only way to get hot water for tea is via a Keurig machine, which means that the hot water takes like coffee. Not at all good for making tea.

Your facility staff are willing to help if you needed this guy every approachable with smile helpful when we talked maintenance about my car...Fast approach with smile even they have plenty customers...

I got a random email asking me why I didn’t go to my scheduled appointment when I did go. Days after. Weird.It was supposed to be the free installation of the console that I waited months for and it cost me $700 and I didn’t even get a car wash because there wasn’t time. I have a bumper to bumper warranty.Took forever and they said I needed a new battery. I’d had the car less than a year.They called me to say it would be another hour or 2 before they could get to my car to wash it. I didn’t have time for that.I’m not taking it back untilI absolutely have to. Nice people. But a new battery for $500 plus $200 for an oil change was exorbitant. I have only had the car for, now, one year. Crazy.I just waited a long time. I was told I’d get a complimentary car wash and they couldn’t fit me in so I left without it.

The service manager was great and the person who answered the phone were extremely helpful.Everyone worked together to get me out in less than 2hours as I was waiting.

Parts ordered need to go back. Its fine though not a problem for meAlex is awesome! He is doing good work. Normally hate going to get service but he made it easy and comfortable to talk about the service and what was recommended and should be done.Website did not allow me to book online. Could not select any service and no dates were displayed to select. Fix your website. Not user friendly at all. Eventually called to schedule a time.Only if Alex is still working there. He is great! Previous service advisors were terrible
