I got a random email asking me why I didn’t go to my scheduled appointment when I did go. Days after. Weird.It was supposed to be the free installation of the console that I waited months for and it cost me $700 and I didn’t even get a car wash because there wasn’t time. I have a bumper to bumper warranty.Took forever and they said I needed a new battery. I’d had the car less than a year.They called me to say it would be another hour or 2 before they could get to my car to wash it. I didn’t have time for that.I’m not taking it back untilI absolutely have to. Nice people. But a new battery for $500 plus $200 for an oil change was exorbitant. I have only had the car for, now, one year. Crazy.I just waited a long time. I was told I’d get a complimentary car wash and they couldn’t fit me in so I left without it.

The service manager was great and the person who answered the phone were extremely helpful.Everyone worked together to get me out in less than 2hours as I was waiting.

Parts ordered need to go back. Its fine though not a problem for meAlex is awesome! He is doing good work. Normally hate going to get service but he made it easy and comfortable to talk about the service and what was recommended and should be done.Website did not allow me to book online. Could not select any service and no dates were displayed to select. Fix your website. Not user friendly at all. Eventually called to schedule a time.Only if Alex is still working there. He is great! Previous service advisors were terrible

They did not performed tire rotation.One service was missing, tire rotation was not done.I lost total confidence in this dealership as they tried to rip me off.The expected charges included tire rotation, which was not performed. Why? Who knows, unless they tried to rip me off.

It was only verbally nice and practically nothing.Yes. Before this service advisor there was an individual name Abdul or something. Very very dishonest individual he was . Once I came to the dealers office to do my second maintenance. He told me don’t need that time . However, he marked on the system as if my second maintenance work was completed that day and hard to believe some people do that.My experience at San Jose Mitsubishi dealer as a courtesy they wash and vacuum the car that did not happened during this visit.
