They did not performed tire rotation.One service was missing, tire rotation was not done.I lost total confidence in this dealership as they tried to rip me off.The expected charges included tire rotation, which was not performed. Why? Who knows, unless they tried to rip me off.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in purchasing a car. The whole team were great and very supportive and knowledgeable in advising the best options for my needs.

It was only verbally nice and practically nothing.Yes. Before this service advisor there was an individual name Abdul or something. Very very dishonest individual he was . Once I came to the dealers office to do my second maintenance. He told me don’t need that time . However, he marked on the system as if my second maintenance work was completed that day and hard to believe some people do that.My experience at San Jose Mitsubishi dealer as a courtesy they wash and vacuum the car that did not happened during this visit.

So very helpful found areas that I needed besides my oil change and I am grateful.
