Nothing much in specific. I just went there with my needs and got to see the options available for me due to my financials constraints. I didn’t get a chance to explore further models available in Outlander to decide what exactly I wanted. I would provide more information, once I see how my first scheduled service go.I recently went to buy a 2025 Outlander PHEV Platinum, but unfortunately, due to my financial situation, I wasn’t able to qualify for a loan at first. I was quite disappointed and left the dealership. However, the sales team didn’t give up — they consistently followed up with me and went above and beyond to find a financing option that fit my budget. Thanks to their dedication, I was able to drive home a brand-new Outlander ES with no hassle. I truly appreciate their effort and commitment to helping customers like me. Thank you, Ray and team, for making it happen!

This issue with the car was a nightmare, but the team OWNED it and were really great to work with. I didn't like having to bring it back multiple times, but Bill was amazing about owning the issue, communicating status and ultimately getting it fixed. He's an amazing service manager and has already started to teach this to Alex, the new service manager. Those 2 guys really made a bad situation tolerable so I really appreciate them.Even though it took 3 additional visits to the shop, San Jose Mitsubishi (Bill & Alex) OWNED a mistake made by a technician with my heater/air conditioner fan and then went above and beyond to find & fix "no heat" coming from the heater that turned out to be unrelated.
