Will be coming back for my next vehicle, very impressed!I had another dealer sell a car while I was on the way to buy it, San Jose Mitsubishi held a car for me for three hours while I drove up from Bakersfield. They even stayed later so I could drop off the rental car and uber back to pick up my new car, all on a Sunday.

The issue is the inability to call and leave a message for the service center if they don't pick up the call. The answering service transfers to a different dealership over 20 miles away. The only way this is going to get resolved is if someone fixes the phone service configuration. The service manager does not seem to be able to make this change.

The phone answering service is a major issue. When no one is available to answer the phone at San Jose Mitsubishi, the answering goes to Hayward Mitsubishi. They don' t have the car and don't know anything about the service status, so when they return the call we end up in a non-productive conversation. This seems like an easy thing to correct.Since I was bringing the car in for a warranty repair that did not overlap with any of the standard service descriptions, I tried to select other. After typing in the reason for the service, the page did not give me any way to advance to the scheduling step. I had to call (multiple times) to talk to someone and schedule the work.
