They were very helpful but they lack employees.My new tires looks and feels great but my wheel got damagedEvery appointment i had was great! But couple days ago when i go for the new tires they damaged my wheels.Service personnel was very helpful and informed, they lack techniciansI rate this a 10, because they are very helpful and very knowledgeable, but couple days ago my wife brought my car for new tires and the wheels got damaged, i let them know about it, i’ll be sending the pictures to them and we’ll see what’s next. Thank you.

Time frame of completion vagueI had to check in first to receive information about the completed work rather than the associate or mechanic letting me know it was done and readyMore detail on work done would have been appreciated. Felt rushed.Just be 100% up front, accurate and honest about the pricing and timing and 5 starsFrank, real, and friendly.

4 isn't less than satisfied. I'm not satisfied that you forced me to fill in this box.Same issue. annoying. take your 4 (solid B) and be satisfied.A 4 is a good score. A 5 is reserved for something I think is exceptional. Sometimes you don't really have a chance to be exceptional and that's ok. This is why we have grade inflation. If I'm forced to score good as great how do I highlight great?????If you haven't figured it out this is a bit of a pet peeve for me.Alex was very earnest and helpful.

The dearleship looked a litthe bit as a gost place. Even if there are no vendors, I suggest to make the offices look like bing in use not as abandoned spaces.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable in al teh steps of the interactions. .
