This has been the worst banking initiation and welcome, setup. (Still not setup)-Got card in mail, no account welcome or information on how to set up account online via app, had to call to just to get my damn account number- hard to tie bank accounts together for external banks. Automatic future was a bust, taking over a week to manually tie external accounts? For get it about it.

The bank representative always make me feel welcome. They are helpful, greet you with a smile and friendliness, and are always helpful.
