I went back into the Concord Branch, due to clerical error. I spoke with Margarita Lau, and I must say she was Great. I explained that, I had just purchased a new vehicle and opened a new Checking and Savings accounts that I wanted tied into my vehicle loan. Unfortunately, when the accounts were opened the day before they weren't tied together. Margarita understood what I wanted to do and helped me accomplish it. Margarita was helpful, pleasant, and upbeat all while maintaining a professional demeanor. I hope all of my interactions with the credit union in the future are as pleasant as this.

I’ve never had an issue

Every time I come into the San Ramon branch the same two women are at the teller stations. One never smiles and gives unwelcoming energy. The other woman seems like she’s doing unnecessary things with my account because it takes her FOREVER to complete simple requests. I feel uncomfortable with both of them. However, there is a very kind, long term employee who has blonde hair and she’s always been welcoming when she’s there.
