Excellent place to live for an elderly couple very very nice neighbors very peaceful, serene area, clean and tidy. The staff was very nice. Would recommend this to family and friends.

All my service requests have always been handed quickly and maintainance crew are always helpful, friendly and professional.

The job was well done by David, hes awesome. My issue is with the windows they are flimsy and break easily. This has been the third time I've had an issue with the same window. And during the rainy season, water seeps in around the frame and damages the interior.

The maintenance guys have always been very good to us. They have made sure that we have gotten taken care of every single time and if there ever was a problem, they made sure that they fixed it in a timely manner. I appreciate the guys that have been working at my apartment since I’ve been here. They really have been nice to us and we appreciate everything that they do. They have also pointed out things that I have not put in a request for but has told us if we put a request though fix it for us so even if I don’t know, something is broken They do a good job making sure that everything is fixed for us again thank you maintenance you guys have been great. Keep up the good work.
