I would love to have a text service automation that can inform me when maintenance is coming or a smaller window so I know when they will come.

The service call is one we have to keep repeating because the problem is only getting band aid fixes. It’s an on going issue we’ve been dealing with since move in. Our toilet gets clogged after every use and we have to plunge it after every single use. Maintenance comes and snakes it and it’s good for 1-2 flushes and then clogs right back up. Maintenance has said it needs to be referred to a plumber but so far when we submit a request we just keep getting the toilet snaked. We pretty much are unable to use the guest bathroom unless we want to plunge it.

So far it is quiet and the staff really care about the residents and what they need and they do their best to take care of it...that I appreciate.

No repairs were done. They came looked at the issues said they would return and never did.
