I was pleasantly impressed, but because I was not able to obtain the 2 bedroom under my section 8 which covered the total amount of the rent unless I was able to live with an additional person, which I really was not prepared to do, (according to your Affordable Housing Policy), I had to decide to look at other options. I just wish I had been informed over the phone to save my gas and mileage.

The work was not completed. The service personnel was a third party AC company. They did not confirm with me that the issue was resolved. The office also did not confirm with me that the issue was resolved. The ticket was closed without my knowledge or a notification and I thought someone was going to be coming back out since it was never fixed.
