Good experience

The maintenance man did an excellent job! However, the problem with my garage remote was ongoing (three years) and did not get resolved until I asked for a replacement. I was told four or five times it was fixed when my daughter took it in, but it wasn't. We also thought the keypad was for management use. We were unaware we could use the code, nor were we given it. The maintenance man gave it to us, and it is such a wonderful option for us in accessing the garage! I left a voicemail about the issue Friday morning and requested a text or call, but I did not get one. At the end of the day, my daughter went up to the office with the remote. She was told they would most likely not be able to get the job done over the weekend. I saw someone in a unit Saturday morning and assured her we were home for the day, and that we need the remote. I had told them I work days (teacher) and my daughter works nights (nurse) and I had had to go to work late three days in a row in order to pass around the remote. I told her I would be back no later than 3:00pm, so she said she would let maintenance know. He did come right after 3:00pm and completed the job. I do appreciate the good work they do, but there seems to be a disconnect between the renter and maintenance where things are not always done either expeditiously or effectively.

Excelente servicio

Office is locked often & so we can’t go in to speak with anyone. No one picks up when we call. We leave a message & don’t get called back. The only reason this repair went so perfectly is because Herbert is amazing & handled it. Before Covid we use to be able to walk into a friendly inviting office. We miss that.
