I have been living here for 1yr and 5 months now and I love it at Sand Canyon Villas. I would recommend this apartment community because it is very clean and quiet. The neighbors are nice and very helpful. If you need anything the service/maintenance is quick, knowledgeable, competent, and very trustworthy. My service request is always handled in a timely manner. I love having my very own personal garage and not having to share with anyone. Overall living here has been a great experience for me so far. Thank you to all the staff for all of your hard work. You all rock!

I would because they care about the property here

I’ve been here several years and when it comes to repairs they NEVER put new parts. Instead they use parts that’s used and try to doctor on everything possible. I feel you shouldn’t be so cheap when rent is outrageous high. Plus these particular apartments have very few amenities compared to there scf competitors. Everything in these apartments are very old and disappointing. Please start using NEW parts when fixing units. They will avoid it at all cost. Stop being so cheap when rent is so expensive !!
