I would like clarify that my actual visit with Dr. Gordon was fine, other than the fact she never called in my prescription (after asking me specifically if I needed it refilled) and then I had to call for days on end until I finally had to get an office manager on the phone to help me, and then they had to get some other doctor to approve it and it says 0 refills left, which means back on the phone. I've been calling since last week trying to get an office manager to call me back regarding this and another rather large issue I have which is receiving a $3,420 bill for a freaking hysterectomy when all I came in for was a yearly check up, the doctor was with me for 5 minutes tops. Someone mixed up my account with someone else's and NO ONE WILL EVEN CALL ME BACK TO FIX IT. Ridiculous.

I waited 45 minutes for the doctor. Dr. Gordon was nice but I felt the visit was a bit rushed. Being my first time at this office and new doctor I would have appreciated learning a little about her, i.e how long she's been a doctor, how long she's been with this practice. There was no assistant (perhaps your policy but unusual to me) and she was wearing a tea shirt, no I. d. or lab coat (had she not introduced herself I wouldn't have thought her a professional (doctor)

the reason I was not seen within 15 minutes of my appointment was due to computer issues that were beyond the staff's control
