The only issue was I waited for an hour and twenty minutes before seeing my provider.

The physician was great and responsive to my needs. The nurse appeared frazzled and inpatient. She never inquired why I had not taken my meds, only enforced that I should. She was abrupt in her patient care and made me feel as if I did not matter. If the care from the physician had not been adequate, I would discontinue my enrollment with this practice.

had 10am appt. waited over an hour. saw the dr at 11:05am for less than 10 minutes.
